The game introduces participants to six types that vividly reflect the leading motives of different people. Each round of the game allows you to discover new facets in yourself:

- practical use of motivation tools

The game gives you the opportunity to expand the scope of your world, get to know other people closer and begin to understand others better.

If you are a manager, then it is important for you to be able to determine the motives of employees well and use different motivations for different people. Our game was developed for training top managers and received high marks from those participants who were easily able to transfer their gaming experience to real life.

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is twice as important as hard skills. A person with a high EQ easily copes with stress at work, effectively solves conflicts and contributes to improving the quality of interaction with your team members. The simulator allows participants to:

- to gain emotional literacy by mastering the theory of emotions in an easy format

- train the skill of identifying and understanding your emotions and the emotions of another person

- master 18 techniques of emotion management

- learn to evaluate how emotions help in achieving the goals of your business

- manage the development of complex situations, taking into account the influence of emotions on the result

- establish communication in the group and increase the level of mutual trust

Sometimes it is difficult to express emotion and warmth in words as a sign of gratitude. Thank you for supporting the project in such a difficult time, for supporting, for believing, and I'm just sure that you have never regretted it! We will definitely analyze, correct mistakes that’s we’ve made, improve what we did not do well enough. The location is new, and we learned some features already in the course of the exhibition. And it is possible to evaluate the location only by holding an event on it. Starting preparations for ParkZoo 2022, which will be held at Crocus Expo from September 21 to 23, Expo 1, Halls 3 and 4, I want to receive feedback from you with constructive suggestions and wishes. I am really looking forward to it, I will not leave a single letter and appeal unanswered.
