TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The New Products Showcase is an open platform designed to provide visitors with a detailed look at the latest innovations. To ensure product safety, only display samples (such as mock-ups or open packaging) are permitted. This allows potential clients to examine the products closely while minimizing the risk of theft.
During the exhibition, exhibiting companies are welcome to delegate a representative to the New Products Showcase zone to engage with visitors and gauge interest in their new arrivals.
Applications for participation in the New products showcase are accepted only from the Exhibitors of the exhibition «ParkZoo 2026».

- The submitted application may not be accepted if the product does not meet the conditions of participation.
- After your new product passes moderation, in order to issue an invoice, you will need to fill out Application form/Appendix No. 7 and send a signed scan of the application to Natalia Radetskaya, e-mail:

The LIST OF PARTICIPANTS NEW PRODUCTS SHOWCASE «ParkZoo 2026» - to verify the compliance of the information - will be available after 25.08.2026.

The product is a new product if it entered the Russian market in 2025-2026. A new product is a new look / line in the assortment; the embodiment of a fundamentally new idea, etc.
Please note that new packaging, minor rebranding, etc. will not be considered as a new product.
You can submit no more than 5 applications for participation.
If there is no photo of the new product yet when submitting the application, then later a photo of the new product for posting on the website must be sent to
Cost of participation (incl. VAT 5%):
- placement of one new product for Exhibitors – 15 000 RUB (177.00 EURO/200.00 USD/1 500.00 CNY);
- 220V socket for three connections – 9 600 RUB (113 EURO/128 USD/960 CNY);*
- 220V socket for 24 hours for 3 connections – 14 600 RUB (172 EURO/195 USD/1 460 CNY).*
* Sockets are ordered if necessary.
The size of the new product should not exceed 30 × 30 × 30 cm, other sizes are acceptable, but only in agreement with the organizers.
A separate application is submitted for each product, one unit of the product is accepted into the New products showcase .
Colorful decoration of the New Product is welcome, but must be agreed with the Organizer. The dimensions of the show box should not exceed 30×30×30 cm; other dimensions are possible only with agreement. The Organizer may not accept an uncoordinated decoration.

During the exhibition days on September 23-25, 2026, it is possible to place a banner with information about the new product in the NEW PRODUCTS ALLEY on the exhibition website and in the mobile app (Application form/Appendix No. 7, banner dimensions: 620x380px, jpg, png).
