Services provided in accordance with the CONTRACT for participation in the exhibition
- Announcement of promotions from exhibitors on the exhibition website
Subject: "PROMOTION from..." Promotion description: text up to 250 characters + picture, 700×700dpi, JPG format.
- Photo session of the company at the stand
It is possible 12 presentations per day of 15 minutes each at hourly intervals: 11:00-12:30, 13:00-14:30, 15:00-16:30.
It will be possible to sign up and choose a convenient presentation time after 01.07.2024.

The ParkZoo Service for Exhibitors to collect visitor contact information
The Service is a mobile application for devices running on the Android or iOS operating system and must be installed on the mobile devices of the Exhibitor's employees. The ParkZOO Service is the license for smartphone for for each manager of your booth to collect visitors' contact information by scanning visitors' badge barcode with their smartphone camera.
The service is included in the package of services provided to the Exhibitor under to the Contract of participation in the «ParkZoo 2026». The number of licenses is unlimited.
Installation is possible after September 1, 2026. Installation instructions will be sent to the Exhibitor's designated employee via email.

New Products are very important for the company - it is an indicator of the company's development, it is through them that the attitude towards the client, the market and the business as a whole is transmitted. Through New Products the company expresses its love and desire to improve and modernize products and services. New Products reflect the most advanced trends in the industry.
Different options for presenting new products:

Informing through special constructions and promoters

Events from the Exhibitors in Conference Hall D for the visitors of the exhibition
- Rental of a conference hall for events within the framework of the exhibition: lectures, contests, master classes, presentations by exhibitors.
The organizers will assist in announcing, organizing and registering for an event at the show.
Catering
The involvement of organizations for the provision of catering services is allowed in agreement with Crocus Expo.
In this regard, it is necessary to provide the Organizer with information in the form of a form before 17.09.2026. The completed table should be sent by e-mail: natalia_morgunova@parkzoo.ru.
Catering does not include serving guests at booths/lounge areas without the involvement of specialized companies/waiters: tea, coffee, water and other beverages, biscuits, sweets.
The catering agreement concerns the organized catering at the Exhibitors' stands.
The main thing is that sales are prohibited.
