The terms of participation can be found on our website in the section FOR EXHIBITORS / New Products Showcase «ParkZoo 2025».

Applications for participation in the New products showcase  are accepted only from the Exhibitors of the exhibition «ParkZoo».

The product is a new product if it entered the Russian market in 2024-2025. A new product is a new look / line in the assortment; the embodiment of a fundamentally new idea, etc

Please note that new packaging, minor rebranding, etc. will not be considered as a new product.

You can submit no more than 5 applications for participation.

The sample of the publication of information about the novelty on the website and in the mobile application of the exhibition is the LIST OF PARTICIPANTS NEW PRODUCTS SHOWCASE «ParkZoo 2024».

A EXAMPLES OF THE DECORATION OF NEW PET PRODUCTS

The size of the new product should not exceed 30 × 30 × 30 cm, other sizes are acceptable, but only in agreement with the organizers.

A separate application is submitted for each product, one unit of the product is accepted into the New products showcase .

Colorful decoration of the New Products Showcase is welcome, but must be agreed with the organizer. The size of the show box should not exceed 30×30×30 cm; other sizes are possible only with agreement. The organizer may not accept an uncoordinated show-box.

You can apply for participation in the New Products Showcase «ParkZoo 2025»  only in the Exhibitor's personal account.

Promotions and events from exhibitors during «ParkZoo 2025»

Dear exhibitors!

You have the opportunity to participate in the organization of the exhibition's Business Program.

With the help of the Business Program, visitors receive extensive information about the activities, services, and products of exhibitors, which contributes to new business contacts, discussions of productive partnerships, and the exchange of ideas.

STAGES OF PREPARATION FOR THE EVENT BY THE EXHIBITOR

     1. Create bright, attractive announcements of promotions for visitors, and the Organizer will distribute them on all exhibition resources.  

     2. Events from exhibitors

Holding events within the framework of the exhibition, such as lectures, seminars, presentations, and master classes, is an important process for successful participation in the exhibition. Thematic events attract more visitors, and feedback helps to understand the interests of participants and develop relevant topics. Engaging the audience through surveys and discussions helps to create a community around the exhibitor and the ParkZoo exhibition. 

     3. Venue and organization

Conference Hall D is ideal for additional presentations of products and services that require special presentation, as it allows for a calm and professional atmosphere.

Visual materials (posters, infographics, videos) can be displayed in the conference hall and navigation area, which significantly increases interest in the events. Bright images attract attention and make information accessible. Only a company that provides products or services can present them competently and correctly.

The hall can be booked via the website by filling out Application form / Appendix No.9.  Ordering technical equipment such as a projector, screen, sound system, and Wi-Fi will increase the productivity of the event.

A clear schedule and a pre-booked hall help to avoid additional costs and delays in organization. The convenient location of Conference Hall D is important for visitors, as it is well connected to the exhibition halls and is located in front of the entrance to Hall No. 4.

Reservation of Conference Hall D rental time by exhibitors at «ParkZoo 2025»

Additional services, such as catering and technical equipment (Application form / Appendix No.9), may be useful. These services are ordered separately and agreed upon. The procedure for agreeing on catering is posted on the website in the EXHIBITOR/Additional Services section, under the “Catering” module.

      4. Attracting participants

The organizers of «ParkZoo» provide support in organizing the event.

Information about the event is announced on all available exhibition resources.

A section is opened on the exhibition website: events and promotions from exhibitors.

Thematic mailings are sent to the general visitor database.

A navigation banner with the event schedule is displayed next to the Conference Hall D.

It is important to remember that the main responsibility for attracting attention to the event lies with the exhibitor. Proper planning and coordination allow you to attract more visitors and increase the recognition of the exhibitor's brand and services.

The «ParkZoo»  exhibition is a unique event that brings together professionals in the pet business.

The exhibition provides a rich business program, which includes various events aimed at sharing experience, discussing current issues and development of cooperation.

Аpproval of the construction of exhibition stands: Rules for the design of an unequipped exhibition area

Dear colleagues!

Please read carefully the BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR HOLDING EVENTS AT the CROCUS EXPO IEC and the rules for the design of an unequipped exhibition area.

The requirements of Crocus Expo IEC General terms of holding events (dated 15.11.2024) are published on the Crocus Expo IEC website.

IMPORTANT FOR EXPONENTS ORDERING UNREQUIRED EXHIBITION SPACE

When ordering an unequipped exhibition area, only the floor (area) in the pavilion is rented, with the area according to the contract-application. The meterage is indicated by special markings on the pavilion floor.

The open sides of the stand (facing the aisles) cannot be built up with blind walls. Exhibitors who have ordered an unequipped exhibition area and individual construction of their stand will order only electrical connection, water supply and hangers through the organizer. Additional equipment (furniture) is ordered from the organizer who is building their stand.

Therefore, pay attention to the following specifics:

  1. Obtaining accreditation with BuildExpo Ltd. All builders of exhibitors who have ordered unequipped exhibition space must be accredited by BuildExpo LLC and obtain all technical permits and installation passes.

IMPORTANT: In order to avoid misunderstandings, exhibitors must provide their stand builder with an up-to-date general plan of the hall prior to accreditation, which must be requested from Marina Konstantinike.

  1. Connections, organization of hangers and extras. IMPORTANT FOR EXPONENTS ORDERING EQUIPPED STANDARD EXHIBITION SPACE

  1. All exhibitors who have ordered an equipped standard exhibition area will be sent a standardized diagram of the company's stand.

The numbering of stands is preliminary, changes are possible. Final numbering will be approved 30 days prior to the event.

  2. You can order additional equipment (Application form/ Appendix No.3) and agree and order the improved standard (Application form/Appendix No.8).

After the changes are made, the final scheme is sent. The stand is considered to be agreed only when a scan of the scheme with a signature and stamp is received by return mail.

  1. The layouts for banners and pasting should be submitted within 3 weeks from the moment the stand is agreed upon, but not later than July 15, 2025.
  2. Changes to the agreed layouts are STRICTLY accepted until July 15, 2025.

IMPORTANT: The use of the company's equipment at the stand is possible under the following conditions:

  1. Tables and chairs - without agreement.
  2. Audio-video equipment (AVT) and plasma panels - mandatory coordination in the technical department of BuildExpo. Memo on coordination can be downloaded from the BuildExpo website: https://www.buildexpo.ru/bexpo/services/savt.php.
  3. Equipment such as racks, reception desks, banners, pop-ups (with and without backlighting), artificial grass and additional stand lighting are subject to approval. If uncoordinated equipment is detected by technical control at the exhibition, penalties will be applied, which will be paid by the Exhibitor.

The stand layout should be agreed strictly by 01.08.2025.

If the exhibitor has not submitted and agreed on the stand layout by 01.08.2025, the organizer reserves the right to build the stand at its own discretion.

It is prohibited to make any independent changes and/or complete changes at the standard stands during the set-up and operation days of the Exhibition:

- make any independent modifications and/or complete or partial installation / dismantling works;

- make any independent changes to the stand's electrical equipment;

- make unauthorized (independent) connections to water supply and drainage networks and compressed air systems;

- to install/dismantle audio and video equipment not agreed with the organizers of the exhibition; you may use your audio-visual equipment only after obtaining permission through the organizers of the exhibition from the Department of Technical Support of Exhibition Events of BuildExpo LLC;

- to carry out independent pasting of panels, fixing and decoration of panels with the use of tape and other adhesive materials;

- to paste the open side of the stand at night using tape and other adhesive materials;

- use staplers to fasten materials to panels;

- drill into structures;

- to place or install any exhibition equipment and structures, furniture items/units, showcases and any other elements within the stand that are not part of the stand content and not agreed with the exhibition organizers;

- cleaning of the standard exhibition exposition during set-up and dismantling is carried out by the employees of BuildExpo LLC. Before handing over the exposition, stands are completely cleaned, wall panels, fascia, showcases are cleaned, film is removed, etc. All visible elements are cleaned from construction dust and handed over to the Customer. On the opening day of the Event, the floor covering of the stand is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner;

- additional services and equipment may be ordered in accordance with the terms and conditions based on Application form/ Appendix No.3.
