The plan of the exhibition module (Application № 2) and, if necessary, a request for additional equipment (Application № 3)shall be sent until August 5, 2016 (in connection with the onset of the holiday season and the increase of the terms of approval), to the exhibition management (by the email: firstname.lastname@example.org). The additional equipment request provides a separate invoice. The invoice shall be paid within 3 banking days.
ATTENTION! If an Exhibitor has not provided a booth plan, the organizer reserves the right to construct the booth at his discretion.
