CHECK-IN
The rules of arrival in the loading and unloading area have been changed - a pass to the loading and unloading area is now a one–time pass (i.e. giving the right to one check-in to the loading and unloading area with the right to stay there for 1 hour for passenger cars, for 2 hours - for trucks with a corresponding increase of 1 hour of stay time cars in the case of an event on the second floor of the Exhibition Center); at the same time, the price for all categories of passes is reduced (see clause 6.7).

HAND LUGGAGE
Control over the execution of clause 4 has been strengthened:
Hand luggage includes: handbags, shopping bags, suitcases, backpacks, folders for papers, coats and raincoats, umbrellas and canes, baby strollers, wheelchairs for the disabled.
The concept of "small hand luggage" does not include boxes – thus, the passage of boxes through the central entrances of the Exhibition Center is prohibited.
We recommend using bags.
When passing through the entrance groups and magnetic frames to the pavilions of the Crocus Expo IEC, visitors can carry small hand luggage (weight – no more than 20 kg, size – no more than 60x60x60 cm, or according to the sum of measurements – no more than 180 cm), provided that it can be inspected by employees of a private security company.
It is forbidden to unpack the boxes before entering the Pavilion and leave them.
Items not related to hand luggage: equipment of any kind and purpose; furniture items and parts; boxes; packaging materials; items and materials for decoration (banners, posters, balloons, plants, etc.); advertising structures; exhibits of any size, quantity and type of packaging are allowed to be carried only through the assembly gates in the areas of loading and unloading operations (access by vehicles with passes).
PASSAGE WITH ANIMALS
According to clause 12:
It is forbidden to be with animals on the territory of the Crocus Expo IEC, except for guide dogs accompanying the visually impaired (if there is a document confirming the special training of the dog, issued in accordance with the form established by the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation No. 386n of 22.06.2015).
CATERING
The involvement of organizations for the provision of catering services is allowed in agreement with Crocus Expo.
In this regard, it is necessary to provide the Organizer with information before the construction of the stand in the form.
Backstage LLC – Sukre LLC are not official partners of Crocus Expo.
And the involvement of these companies takes place on a general basis, as for any third-party organization.
Catering is not treating guests at stands / lounge areas without the involvement of specialized companies / waiters: tea, coffee, water and other beverages, cookies, sweets.
Catering coordination concerns the organized catering of participants of events (Backstage areas / lunches / coffee breaks, banquets, receptions (or other services).
The main thing is that sales are prohibited.
