Аpproval of the construction of exhibition stands: Important for exhibitors who have ordered an equipped standard exhibition area

Dear colleagues!

Please read carefully the BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR HOLDING EVENTS AT the CROCUS EXPO IEC and the rules for approving standard stands.

The information is posted on the website in the EXHIBITOR / RULES FOR THE DESIGN OF AN EQUIPED EXHIBITION AREA  section.

IMPORTANT FOR EXPONENTS ORDERING EQUIPPED STANDARD EXHIBITION SPACE

  1. All exhibitors who have ordered an equipped standard exhibition area will be sent a standardized diagram of the company's stand.

The numbering of stands is preliminary, changes are possible. Final numbering will be approved 30 days prior to the event.

  1. If changes need to be made, please indicate and write explanations directly on the scheme sent to the exhibitor and send a scan for revision to email: This email address is being protected from spambots.   2. You can order additional equipment (Application form/ Appendix No.3) and agree and order the improved standard (Application form/Appendix No.8).

After the changes are made, the final scheme is sent. The stand is considered to be agreed only when a scan of the scheme with a signature and stamp is received by return mail.

  1. The layouts for banners and pasting should be submitted within 3 weeks from the moment the stand is agreed upon, but not later than July 15, 2025.
  2. Changes to the agreed layouts are STRICTLY accepted until July 15, 2025.

IMPORTANT: The use of the company's equipment at the stand is possible under the following conditions:

  1. Tables and chairs - without agreement.
  2. Audio-video equipment (AVT) and plasma panels - mandatory coordination in the technical department of BuildExpo. Memo on coordination can be downloaded from the BuildExpo website: https://www.buildexpo.ru/bexpo/services/savt.php.
  3. Equipment such as racks, reception desks, banners, pop-ups (with and without backlighting), artificial grass and additional stand lighting are subject to approval. If uncoordinated equipment is detected by technical control at the exhibition, penalties will be applied, which will be paid by the Exhibitor.

The stand layout should be agreed strictly by 01.08.2025.

If the exhibitor has not submitted and agreed on the stand layout by 01.08.2025, the organizer reserves the right to build the stand at its own discretion.

It is prohibited to make any independent changes and/or complete changes at the standard stands during the set-up and operation days of the Exhibition:

- make any independent modifications and/or complete or partial installation / dismantling works;

- make any independent changes to the stand's electrical equipment;

- make unauthorized (independent) connections to water supply and drainage networks and compressed air systems;

- to install/dismantle audio and video equipment not agreed with the organizers of the exhibition; you may use your audio-visual equipment only after obtaining permission through the organizers of the exhibition from the Department of Technical Support of Exhibition Events of BuildExpo LLC;

- to carry out independent pasting of panels, fixing and decoration of panels with the use of tape and other adhesive materials;

- to paste the open side of the stand at night using tape and other adhesive materials;

- use staplers to fasten materials to panels;

- drill into structures;

- to place or install any exhibition equipment and structures, furniture items/units, showcases and any other elements within the stand that are not part of the stand content and not agreed with the exhibition organizers;

- cleaning of the standard exhibition exposition during set-up and dismantling is carried out by the employees of BuildExpo LLC. Before handing over the exposition, stands are completely cleaned, wall panels, fascia, showcases are cleaned, film is removed, etc. All visible elements are cleaned from construction dust and handed over to the Customer. On the opening day of the Event, the floor covering of the stand is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner;

- additional services and equipment may be ordered in accordance with the terms and conditions based on Application form/ Appendix No.3.

Regulations for participation in the «ParkZoo» exhibition

Dear colleagues!

Applications are being accepted and registration for participation in «ParkZoo 2025» continues!

The «FOR EXHIBITOR» section contains the Regulations for registration of participation in the «ParkZoo» exhibition.

1. Confirmation of participation:

  • If you have already been an Exhibitor at a previous show, you must confirm your participation for the next year by December 31 of the year of the previous show.

2. Familiarizing yourself with the terms and conditions:

  • Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of participation in the exhibition and the main requirements of the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center on the official website parkzoo.ru in the section  «FOR EXPONENTS».

3. Booking of the exhibition area:

4. Formalizing the contract:

  • The participation Contract of participation in the «ParkZoo» will be sent after agreeing on the size and location of the stand. Send the signed scan to the specified e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

5. Temporary reservation of exhibition space:

  • Temporary reservation without formalization is only possible for 3 days.

6. Payment:

- Make an advance payment of 30% within 10 banking days of invoice. Full payment (100%) is due by June 31 of the exhibition year.

7. Organization of a standard stand:

  • For those who have ordered an equipped exhibition area: from June 1 to July 1, coordinate the stand design with the Development Manager Tatiana Shtrak (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Send the completed Application form/ Appendix No. 2, if it is necessary to order additional equipment, agree and execute Application form/ Appendix No.3.
  • Coordinate and order the improved standard Application form/ Appendix No.8.
  • Attention: if the Exhibitor does not submit and agree on the layout plan by July 1, the Operator reserves the right to carry out the layout at its own discretion.

8. Unequipped Exhibit Space:

  • All exhibitor builders must be accredited by BuildExpo LLC and obtain all technical and installation permits by August 1.
  • From June 1 to July 1 it is necessary to order electrical connection, water supply and hangers (Application form/ Appendix No.4). These services can only be ordered by the Exhibitor. The builder cannot order these services himself.
  • Additional equipment (furniture) shall be ordered from the Developer who builds the stand. Furniture cannot be ordered through the Organiser.

9. Electronic catalog:

  • From June 1 to August 1, it is necessary to fill in information about your company in your personal cabinet for publication in the electronic catalog of the exhibition on the Exhibition website (text of 500 characters in English and Russian + company logo). Placement of information in the electronic catalog is included in the registration fee. The electronic catalog shall be placed on the website.

10. Banquet:

  • Tickets for the banquet are purchased additionally, order through the Application form/Appendix No.1 to the Contract of participation in the «ParkZoo». Participation in the banquet of one representative of the company: 10 000 rubles. The number of seats is limited.

11. Novelties zone:

  • You have the opportunity to participate in the New Products Showcase. To participate, you need to fill in an application form in the Exhibitor's personal cabinet from June 1 to August 1. 12. Exhibitor information placement:

  • For additional attraction of visitors' attention to your products, trademarks and services, you can use the services of placing information about the Exhibitor on the resources of the exhibition and Crocus Expo IEC (Appendix #5, 6, 7).

13. Badges:

  • Submit information about employees for ordering badges through the Exhibitor's personal account after August 1 (the section is connected after submitting information about the company to the electronic catalog of the exhibition).

14. Additional services of CROCUS EXPO IEC:

  • Don't forget to order the necessary services at the Crocus Expo IEC service center: entry/exit pass to the PRR; loading and unloading; stand cleaning; waste disposal, garbage removal; warehousing; provision of unlimited Internet access for the days of the exhibition; connection of an additional IP-address; Wi-Fi access point.

15. Information from the Organiser:

  • 14 days prior to the exhibition all exhibitors will be sent an information letter with specific dates and rules of arrival at the exhibition, modes of operation of pavilions and other organizational issues.

«ParkZoo 2025»: Changes in the layout of halls 3 and 4 according to the new fire safety requirements

Dear exhibitors of «ParkZoo 2025»!
 
We would like to draw your attention to the changes in the layout of halls 3 and 4 at «ParkZoo 2025». Due to stricter fire safety requirements, we had to make significant changes in both the meterage and the layout of the stands.
 
These changes were made to ensure safe passage to emergency exits and escape routes in case of emergencies. The location of stands near fire hydrants has also been changed so as not to impede prompt response in the event of a fire.
