IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS WHO HAVE ORDERED EQUIPPED STANDARD EXHIBITION SPACE.
1. All exhibitors who have ordered a standard equipped exhibition area will be sent a standardized layout of the company's stand.
The numbering of stands is preliminary, changes are possible. The final numbering will be approved 30 days prior to the event.
2. If it is necessary to make changes, please indicate and write explanations directly on the scheme sent to the participant and send a scan for revision to email:

4. After making changes, the final layout is sent. The stand is considered to be agreed only when a scan of the scheme with a signature and stamp is received by return e-mail.
5. If you plan to use your own equipment (furniture, shelving, coffee machines, kettles, etc.), you must send an image and description of the equipment for approval to avoid penalties.
If the exhibitor has not submitted and agreed the stand layout plan by 01.07.2024, the organizer reserves the right to build the stand at its own discretion.
IMPORTANT: banners, pop-ups (unlit and backlit), artificial grass, additional stand lighting, as well as plasma panels and TVs are subject to approval by BuildExpo's technical department if there are no documents confirming that they are on the company's balance sheet.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS WHO HAVE ORDERED AN UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA.
When ordering an unequipped exhibition area, only the floor of the pavilion is rented, the area according to the contract-application. The meterage is indicated by special markings on the pavilion floor.
Exhibitors who have ordered an unequipped exhibition area and individual construction of their stand, through the organizer order only electrical connection, water supply and hangers, additional equipment (furniture) is ordered from the builder who builds their stand.
Therefore, pay attention to the following peculiarities:
1. Obtaining accreditation with BuildExpo LLC.
All builders of exhibitors who have ordered an unequipped exhibition area must be accredited by BuildExpo LLC and receive all technical permits and installation passes. For questions on accreditation of independent developers: LLC BuildExpo, e-mail:

IMPORTANT: To avoid misunderstandings, exhibitors must provide their stand builder with an up-to-date general plan of the hall before being accredited.
2. Connections, organization of hangers and additional services. Exhibitors who have ordered an unequipped exhibition area are kindly requested to send the APPLICATION FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND HANGING CONSTRUCTIONS FOR UNEQUIPPED STANDS (Application form/Appendix No. 4) to Tatyana Shtrak's e-mail
The invoice for suspensions is issued only after agreement with the technical department of BuildExpo. To do this, the exhibitor/exhibitor's developer should send an information letter (form in the attachment) and an image of the stand to Tatyana Shtrak's e-mail:

Please be informed that starting from March 5, 2024, in order to improve the quality of service to the participants in terms of processing incoming requests, the Service Center Department of Crocus Expo IEC will start operating a single telephone line with an automatic informant at +7 (495) 727-26-26.
The phone numbers, which were previously distributed separately by pavilions, will be forwarded to +7 (495) 727-26-26-26 during the whole upcoming season (until the end of June 2024).
Incoming calls will be received centrally at the Service Center office and handled by operators on working days from 09:30AM to 06:30PM.
Outside of working hours, information will be available only in automatic mode.

The screens with advertising will be seen by a large audience, as they are located in strategic places of the pavilion: the registration area, entrance groups to the halls and the pavilion where visitors spend a lot of time.
